Hi, I’m Gloria Gaupmann, Founder and Managing Director of ROSA consult.

I am convinced that bio-based innovations are key to addressing the climate crisis. However, to fully unlock their potential, the right political frameworks are needed to pave the way for a more sustainable future. It is essential that different interests are fairly balanced and con­sid­ered in the political process. For this reason, I am com­mitted to pro­mot­ing the transfer of know­ledge be­tween in­dus­try and pol­i­tics through trans­parent and fact-based di­a­logue.

Over the past 20 years, I have successfully held various public affairs positions in the biofuel sec­tor and the chem­ical in­dustry. Along­side my ex­ten­sive inter­national ex­perience, I bring in-depth ex­per­tise in polit­ical anal­ysis, stake­holder man­age­ment, as­so­ci­a­tion work, and strat­e­gy de­vel­op­ment.

I have served as a board member of the Bio-based In­dus­tries Consort­ium (EU), Chair of the Ad­vanced Bio­fuels Coali­tion (EU), Deputy Se­cre­tary-Gen­er­al of the Euro­pean Ethan­ol As­so­cia­tion (EU), and Chair of the VCI Re­new­able Feed­stock Group (DE).
